Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, except with express agreement by K Living.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, we will contact You via email or telephone.
K Living will not be responsible for delivery delays and associated costs if you supply an incorrect delivery address.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Any shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment cost: Free
Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days
● Shipping method: Express Post
Shipment cost: By prior arrangement
Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days
Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within Australia and with prior arrangement with K Living.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes addresses
K Living only ships to PO Box addresses within Australia.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email when your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Please ensure you have a secure place for delivery if someone will not be home to receive the delivery. K Living will not be responsible for lost packages if packages are not personally received when delivered.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
K Living is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
K Living is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
