Return and Refund Policy

 

Introduction

 This return and refund policy indicates the terms of eligibility for a return and/or a refund on your order.

This policy covers our online sales.

How many days do I have to return my item?

We understand that you might change your mind about your purchase. As such, you can return any item ordered free of charge, within 30 days of delivery. The 14-day window starts on the day you receive the item at your delivery location.

The item must be returned in the exact same condition as delivered.

If you pass that date, we offer an extra 14 days to return the item in exchange for a coupon valid for one month.

To notify us of your intent to return, please contact our customer support team via email.

Once we are informed of your intent to return your order, you will have 14 days to send us back the item from the date of your return notification to us.

You do not have to provide any reason for the return. However, we would love to get more feedback on the reason for your return so we may contact you to learn a bit more about your experience. This will help us improve our product and the experience for our customers.

We understand that accidents do happen and if your product was delivered damaged, please contact us to organize a replacement item for you. Our warranty covers 365 days of cover and commences from the day your item was delivered.  

 

Do I need to cover the return shipping cost?

We cover easy and free returns for all domestic orders.

 

What type of refund can I expect?

If you return your order within the return windows mentioned above, we will refund your order using your original method of payment. If you return your order due to damage, we’ll gladly issue you a replacement item within 2 days of providing photographic proof of the damaged item.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Typically, you can expect to receive your refund within 14 days of when we receive your refund request.

Your wait time may be longer if we haven’t received the item back from you.

 

How much will the refund be?

The refund will cover your order amount including any shipping costs, unless you have chosen a nonstandard delivery method (such as expedited or express shipping).

We may not refund any costs for orders that are partially returned, except if orders were delivered this way.
